A middle-aged widower is forced to re-examine his past and embrace his future after his teenage daughter attempts suicide. He takes her on a journey to the Southern primordial Israeli desert. The events lead to a rapprochement with both his young daughter and with his own stunted self, while pushing him to finally free himself from his grief and come back to life.
